We ship across the United Kingdom via Royal Mail.
- UK standard delivery — £3.45. Free on all orders over £25.
- Estimated delivery 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Pre-order: launch orders are dispatched from 24 June 2026. You can order now to reserve your shade.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Karmi Laven piece. If it isn't right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, in their original condition.
- To start a return, email hello@karmilaven.com with your order number.
- Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned. (Bracelets are returnable.)
Faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including postage.
